PICTURE DAY

Picture Day Schedule

Saturday, May 11th Time: 12:45-8:30 pm

*Please note, final schedules will be in recital packets.

Grove City Location (4010 Broadway Grove City, OH 43123)

• Dancers are encouraged to attend picture day even if they are not ordering pictures so they can be part of the class picture. 

• Dancers will be assigned a 10-15 min time frame to take their individual pictures, and class picture in costume. 

• Picture order forms will be passed out during class in April.

• Dancers ages 9 and younger are limited to one parent in the lobby. Dancers ages 10+ are to come up stairs unaccompanied. No siblings are allowed at Picture Day unless they are also CLC Dancers.

Central Crossing High School Auditorium

• Dress rehearsal is mandatory for all dancers who are performing in the recital. 

• Dancers are to arrive through the main entrance of the school, and a CLC Dance staff member will direct you where to go. 

• Dancers will be assigned a 10-15 min time frame to perform their dance on stage and in costume prior to the performance. 

Costumes

• Costumes will be passed out starting May 1st when the 2023-2024 dance season is paid in full. 

• Please check out your dancer's recital costume, accessories, and additional you may need for the recital costume on your DSP Parent Portal under the icon labeled "costumes." 

MUSIC

• Your dancer's copy of the recital music for their class is on your DSP Parent Portal under the music note icon labeled "shared files." You may download the mp3 file from the portal. 

• Practice makes for a better performance!
