Classes will be held at Grove City Fit starting August 28th.

*Classes may be combined or cancelled if the minimum of 5 dancers is not met by August 28th.
Recital
The recital this year is scheduled for the tentative date, Saturday, May 18th!
A $65.00 Recital Fee per dancer, or an $95.00 Recital Fee per family is due by February 15, 2024 for dancer’s participating in the Recital. The Recital Fee will go toward auditorium space rental, a videographer/photographer and operating expenses. The Recital Fee comes with 2 tickets per dancer, and video link of the recital.
It is assumed that all dancers will participate in the end of the year recital unless you notify Chelsea Crabtree via email at Chelsea.Crabtree3@gmail.com prior to November 1, 2023.
recital costumes
Costumes, accessories and additional items needed will also be displayed on your DSP Parent Portal along with pricing.
Please contact Chelsea Crabtree via email if your dancer does not plan to participate in the recital by November 1st, so you are not charged a costume or recital fee.
Recital costume payments are due by November 15, 2023.
If your costume is ordered after the bulk order in December, an additional $15.00 shipping fee will apply. After the bulk order, participation in the recital is based upon costume availability.
For those enrolled in Auto-Pay your costume fees will be processed on November 15th. Recital Fees will be processed on February 15th.
Costume pricing is based upon each individual costume.
Dancers will be measured for their recital costumes in class starting in November.
Tuition
30 min class: $42.00 per month
45 min class: $47.00 per month
1 hour class (ballet & tap combo): $58.00 per month
Tuition is due on the first of every month. Tuition is charged for 9 months, Sept-May.
*An annual registration fee of $25.00 per family is due at registration. First month's tuition is due on the first day of class, August 28th.
Payment can be made by check, cash, or card. Checks can be made payable to CLC Dance. There is $36.00 returned check fee. If accounts are not paid in full, a $15.00 late fee that will be applied after the 15th of the month. A 3.05% + $0.30 convenience fee will be applied to all card transactions and a 0.80 % fee will be applied to all ACH transactions.
Discounts!
$4.00 Multi-class/Family discount per for the 2nd class, and $2.00 for any class after 2 classes.
$2.00 Referral discount per month for every month the new referred dancer is enrolled.
What to Wear
to CLC Dance class
recital picture day
Saturday, May 11th from 1:45-7:00 pm
Picture day schedule and order forms will be released in April.
Dress Rehearsals
Dress Rehearsal is mandatory for all dancers who are participating in the recital. Dress Rehearsal is scheduled for the tentative date of Friday, May 17th. Dancers will be assigned a 10 minute time frame for each recital dance they are in to practice on stage in costume.
