*Classes may be combined or cancelled if the minimum of 5 dancers is not met by the start of classes.

What to Wear to CLC Dance Class

Recital

The recital this year is scheduled for the tentative date, Saturday, May 17th!

A $65.00 Recital Fee per dancer, or an $95.00 Recital Fee per family is due by February 15, 2025 for dancer’s participating in the Recital. The Recital Fee will go toward auditorium space rental, a videographer/photographer and operating expenses. The Recital Fee comes with 2 tickets per dancer, and video link of the recital.

It is assumed that all dancers will participate in the end of the year recital unless you notify Chelsea Cornwell via email at chelsea@clcdance.org prior to November 1st.

recital costumes

Costumes, accessories and additional items needed will also be displayed on your DSP Parent Portal along with pricing.
Please contact Chelsea Cornwell via email if your dancer does not plan to participate in the recital by November 1st, so you are not charged a costume or recital fee.
Recital costume payments are due by November 15th.
If your costume is ordered after the bulk order in December, an additional $15.00 shipping fee will apply. After the bulk order, participation in the recital is based upon costume availability.
Costume fees will be processed via Auto-Pay on November 15th. Recital Fees will be processed via Auto-Pay on February 15th.
Costume pricing is based upon each individual costume.
Dancers will be measured for their recital costumes in class starting in November.

Tuition

30 min class: $45.00 per month

45 min class: $50.00 per month

1 hour class: $55.00 per month

1 hour combo class: $62.00 per month

Tuition is due on the first of every month. Tuition is charged for 9 months, Sept-May.

*An annual registration fee of $25.00 per family and 50% for the first month’s tuition (August) is due at the time of registration.

Discounts!

$4.00 Multi-class/Family discount per for the 2nd class, and $2.00 for any class after 2 classes.

$2.00 Referral discount per month for every month the new referred dancer is enrolled.

Auto-Pay

Enrollment in Auto-Pay is required to register for classes. There is no convenience fee included when using AutoPay when paying with a bank account (ACH transaction). There is a 3.05% + $0.30 per transaction convenience fee included when using AutoPay when paying with a credit card. If you prefer to avoid online transaction fees, payments can be made at the front desk prior to the first of each month by checks made payable to CLC Dance or by cash, exact change is preferred. There is $36.00 returned check fee. If accounts are not paid in full, a $15.00 late fee that will be applied after the 15th of the month.

recital picture day

Monday, May 12th & Tuesday, May 13th 4:00pm - 9:00pm

Picture day schedule and order forms will be released in April.

Dress Rehearsals

Dress Rehearsal is mandatory for all dancers who are participating in the recital. Dress Rehearsal is scheduled for the tentative dates of Wednesday, May 14th & Friday, May 16th. Dancers will be assigned a 10 minute time frame for each recital dance they are in to practice on stage in costume.
